Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in the same condition they were received.
Items must include all original parts, connectors, wiring, modules, resistors, hardware, and packaging when applicable.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges when applicable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Buyer Ordered the Wrong Item
The buyer is responsible for confirming fitment before ordering.
If the wrong item was ordered, it may be returned only if it is new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
The buyer is responsible for the return label and return shipping cost.
Incorrect or Defective Item
If you received the wrong item or believe the item is defective, please contact us before installing or modifying it.
Photos of the product, packaging, connectors, or issue may be required so we can review the problem and provide the best solution.
If the item received was incorrect or defective, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, return, or refund when applicable.
Return Method
Returns are handled by mail.
Customers are responsible for shipping the return back to us unless otherwise approved.
Return Label
Return labels are the customer responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Refund Process
