  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only, UPS 2nd Day Air): Available at checkout. The cost is calculated at checkout based on the package and destination and includes a $6.99 handling fee. Transit time 2 business days. Total estimated delivery: 3 business days.
  • Canada Shipping: Free on Canadian orders of $100 USD or more. $16.99 USD on Canadian orders under $100. Ships by express carrier (usually FedEx). Total estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days. Duties are included in the prices shown to Canadian customers and taxes are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery (see Shipping to Canada below).
  • KVS Pro members: Same-day shipping and free UPS 2nd Day Air with no handling fee (U.S. only, see KVS Pro Members below).
  • Tracking: Provided by email for every order once it ships

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options and Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States. These orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for U.S. addresses through UPS 2nd Day Air. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay and includes a $6.99 handling fee. Expedited orders typically arrive 2 business days after they ship. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see our Return and Refund Policy).

Canada Shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more and $16.99 USD on orders under $100. See Shipping to Canada below.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees.

Shipping to Canada

  • Shipping cost: Free on orders of $100 USD or more. Orders under $100 USD pay a flat $16.99 USD shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Carrier and delivery time: Orders ship by express carrier, usually FedEx. After 1 business day of processing, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add time.
  • Duties and taxes: Import duties are included in the prices shown to Canadian customers. Taxes (such as GST/HST and PST) are calculated and shown at checkout. Duties and taxes are paid in advance, so there is nothing more to pay and no brokerage fee when your package arrives.
  • Seller for Canadian orders: Orders shipped to Canada are processed by our international partner Global-e (through Shopify Managed Markets), which acts as the merchant of record and handles customs clearance. Your checkout will show this.
  • Currency: Prices and checkout are shown in Canadian dollars.
  • Tracking: We email you a tracking number and tracking link once your order ships.

Expedited shipping, Worry-Free Checkout, and KVS Pro membership are available for U.S. addresses only.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are business days and include 1 business day of handling plus carrier transit time. Delivery may be delayed by holidays, weather, customs, or carrier issues outside our control.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also see tracking on your order status page or by signing in to your customer account with the email used to place the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Worry-Free Checkout (Optional, U.S. Orders Only)

Worry-Free Checkout is an optional add-on for U.S. orders, shown in your cart. It is included by default, and you can switch it off in your cart before checkout. It costs $2.99 for orders under $100 and $4.99 for orders of $100 or more, and is shown as its own line item before you pay. It includes free returns (see our Return and Refund Policy) and package protection: if an eligible package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, we will send one replacement at no extra cost. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan
  • Check around your property and with neighbors first
  • For damaged packages, send photos of the package and item
  • The shipping address must have been entered correctly
  • Packages forwarded to another address are not covered
  • Higher-value claims may require a police report

Package protection covers one replacement shipment, not a cash refund. Orders without Worry-Free Checkout are covered by the carrier's standard claim process.

KVS Pro Members

KVS Pro is an optional paid membership ($99 per month, U.S. shipping addresses only). These shipping benefits apply to orders placed on shopkvs.store while logged in with the email address used to join:

  • Same-day shipping: in-stock orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. Pre-order and out-of-stock items ship when available.
  • Free UPS 2nd Day Air: member orders ship by UPS 2nd Day Air at no charge and with no handling fee.
  • Advance replacement: if a part is confirmed defective, we ship the replacement the same business day when it is in stock, before the defective part is returned. The defective part must be returned within 14 days.

Member benefits do not apply to orders placed on eBay or other marketplaces.
