Overview
This website, shopkvs.store, is operated by Khaalmu Vehicle Solutions LLC, doing business as KVS ("KVS", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and Fitment
We sell automotive wiring harnesses, adapter cables, and lighting conversion products. Each product page lists the vehicles and light types the product is designed for. Please confirm fitment before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. Headlights, taillights, and other vehicle parts are not included unless the product page says so.
KVS is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle brand and model names are used only to describe fitment.
Product Information and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability accurate. Prices are set in U.S. dollars. Canadian customers see prices in Canadian dollars that include estimated import duties. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Canada are processed by our international partner Global-e (through Shopify Managed Markets), which acts as the merchant of record for those orders. Worry-Free Checkout and KVS Pro are available for U.S. addresses only. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
KVS Pro Membership
KVS Pro is an optional membership that costs $99 per month. It renews automatically every month, starting on the day you join, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing month until you cancel. KVS Pro is available only to customers with U.S. shipping addresses.
Member benefits apply only to orders placed on shopkvs.store while you are logged in with the email address used to join. The benefits are described on our KVS Pro page, in our Shipping Policy, and in our Return and Refund Policy. Benefits are for your own business or personal orders and may not be transferred or resold.
You can cancel anytime from your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellation and membership refund terms are in our Return and Refund Policy.
We may change the price or benefits of KVS Pro by emailing you at least 30 days before the change takes effect; the change applies from your first billing month after that notice. We may end a membership in cases of fraud, abuse of member benefits, or payment disputes.
Installation
Our products are intended for installation by people with appropriate automotive knowledge or by a qualified installer. Installation labor, diagnostic fees, and related costs are the customer's responsibility. Check your local laws for any rules on vehicle lighting modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KVS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
