This listing includes one pair of tail light conversion harnesses.

These adapters are designed for 2014 to 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models originally equipped with factory halogen tail lights and converting to the 2016 to 2018 OEM LED tail lights.

These harnesses are a true plug and play solution. No cutting, splicing, or modification to the vehicle’s factory wiring is required.

Unlike many conversion harnesses that use basic load resistors, these harnesses include upgraded premium heavy duty aluminum load resistors. The premium resistors help prevent hyperflash and allow the OEM LED tail lights to operate properly with the factory halogen vehicle wiring while providing improved heat handling.

The conversion harnesses install between the rear junction block and the factory LED tail light sub harness. The junction block is located behind the driver side rear bumper. This installation location keeps the resistor leads away from the tail light housings and in a cooler area to help prevent overheating and ensure reliable operation.

Important Fitment Note:

This harness is only for 2014 to 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models originally equipped with factory halogen tail lights.

It is designed specifically for installing 2016 to 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 OEM LED tail lights.

The year range of your truck and the year range of the LED tail lights are different fitment requirements. Your truck must be a 2014 to 2015 halogen equipped Silverado 1500, and the replacement tail lights must be the 2016 to 2018 OEM LED style.

Required for Installation:

The factory LED tail light sub harness used with the 2016 to 2018 OEM LED tail lights is required and must be installed with this conversion harness.

The factory LED sub harness connects the LED tail lights to these adapters at the rear junction block located behind the driver side rear bumper.
