Who is KVS Pro for?
Shops, installers, dealers and anyone who orders from us regularly. KVS Pro is available for U.S. shipping addresses only.
How do I make sure my perks apply?
Log in with the same email you used to join before you check out. That's how we recognize your account.
How does the free resistor upgrade work?
On harnesses that offer a Premium Aluminum Load Resistors option, choose that option. As a logged-in member you pay the standard price instead of the extra $34.99. If you don't need it, leave the standard option selected.
How does advance replacement work?
Email support@shopkvs.store with your order number and a photo or description of the problem. Once we confirm the defect, we ship the replacement the same day if it's in stock. Return the defective part within 14 days.
What's the same-day cutoff?
Orders placed by 5pm ET on a business day ship that day. Orders after 5pm, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Pre-order and out-of-stock items ship when available.
Do perks apply to eBay orders?
No. KVS Pro perks apply only to orders placed on shopkvs.store.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from the Subscriptions page in your account. Your membership stays active until the end of your current monthly billing period, counted from the day you joined, and then ends. You won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Each month's fee is refundable only if you cancel within 15 days of that billing month starting and haven't placed an order during that month. If you're refunded, your membership ends right away. Once you place an order in a billing month, or after 15 days, that month's fee is non-refundable.
